The Astor Crowne Plaza is positioned perfectly at the bustling corner of Canal and Bourbon streets in The Big Easy’s famed French Quarter. The rooftop of the hotel offers sweeping views of downtown and Bourbon Street, allowing one to visually take in the excitement of New Orleans.

  • Valet parking: US$49+tax per day ($55.22 inclusive of all taxes). Oversized vehicles may be valet parked for USD$59+tax per day (66.49 inclusive of all taxes).

Standard Room accommodations with:

  • 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. Rollaway bed available for room with king bed for US$20 per night.
  • Rooms have been recently renovated with modern features and style.

Day 1 – Friday, April 16

  • 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Grouply Welcome Desk | Check-in, receive your finalized itinerary, last-minute details, swag, and meet your hosts.
  • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Welcome Reception with local specialty drink and insider’s B.I.N.G.O. tour of the French Quarter.
  • The rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 2 – Saturday, April 17

  • Day at your Leisure
  • 9:00 AM – Noon | Grouply Hospitality Desk in the lobby
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Walking food tour of the French Quarter. (Come hungry!)

Day 3 – Sunday, April 18

  • Day at your Leisure
  • 9:00 AM – Noon | Grouply Hospitality Desk in the lobby
  • 9:00 AM | Walking haunted history tour of the French Quarter.
  • 8:00 PM | Bourbon Street balcony access and mask-making activity with cash bar.

Day 4 – Sunday, April 19

  • Check out of the hotel by 11:00 AM.

Disclaimer

This trip will travel if 10 or more rooms are sold. If fewer than 10 rooms are sold, you will receive notification at least 30 days prior to your travel date, as well as a full refund or the option to transfer to a different trip.

Airport Transfers:

Airport transfers are not included. It will be the responsibility of the guest to provide transportation to the hotel.

The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).

Once you have completed check-out, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. If you do not recieve a confirmation please submit a help form HERE.

Taxes Fees & Gratuities:

Taxes and fees for U.S. Citizens are included. Gratuities are not included and are at your own discretion. For Mexican citizens, a 16% VAT (IVA) charge will be applied in addition to the room rate. The hotel or resort will post taxes to the individual’s personal extras account. This amount is due upon arrival unless arrangements to postpone the charge to the master account have been made in advance.

Passports, Identification, and/or Travel Documents:

Each guest shall be responsible to obtain and maintain proper identification and travel documentation required by the country being travelled to. Please note that many countries require visas or passports be valid for an additional six (6) months after the trip’s end date. Cancellation due to the inability to obtain proper documentation shall fall under this trip’s Cancellation Policy. Passports and travel documents are typically required not only for flights but at check-in at non-domestic hotel accommodations.

Unregistered Guests:

Each guest regardless of age must have a valid and complete booking including payment prior to the trip’s travel date. Any guest without a proper booking will be subject to the current rate and value of the activities and hotel property accommodations at the time of travel and will not receive discounts, perks, bonuses or credits associated with the trip.

Hotel Credits and/or Discounts:

Hotel credits and/or discounts cannot be converted for monetary value, are non-transferrable, and will expire immediately upon check-out. Guest is responsible for any taxes and gratuities, foreign or domestic, if applicable to items and/or services procured using hotel credits.


Child Pricing:

Child pricing is based on the age of the child at the time of travel, not booking, and may be subject to the terms and conditions of hotel properties and/or their all-inclusive packages as well as any excursions and trip inclusions.

Trip Pricing:

Unless otherwise stated, pricing is shown for each person and is based on double adult occupancy and is subject to change based on the availability of room types, taxes and any applicable promotional pricing availability.


Name Change Policy:

Each guest must be booked with the same name on the documentation the guest is travelling under.

Name changes may completed up to April 1, 2021. Name changes incur a $25 fee per name change. You can submit your name changes HERE.


Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is optional and may cover unforeseen travel issues such as lost baggage and flight delays. If a guest wishes to purchase travel insurance, it is the guest’s responsibility to obtain and maintain this relationship with a third party vendor and is not associated with Grouply.

Book with Confidence Guarantee: This trip is 100% cancellable and refundable up to 35 days prior to travel. From 34 days to 7 days prior to travel you may cancel and be issued a travel voucher for the hotel to be used at the hotel anytime before December 21, 2021. Within 6 days of travel the trip is 100% non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, including medical or family emergency, you may change the names on your room or we can attempt to re-sell the package. If re-sold, Grouply will retain a 10% re-booking fee and will refund the remainder of your paid package.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in Grouply and its suppliers are based. In the base of a conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in a supplier’s booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.

Inclusions and Substitutions:

In the event that an activity, inclusion or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity or inclusion of equal or greater value.

Resort Credits/Hotel inclusions/and or discounts cannot be converted to cash. Any credits, discounts or inclusions  not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Primary Traveler is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

The passport and visa, if applicable, for all travelers on the reservation must be up-to-date before you depart your country. Please double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to.  A list of requirements for U.S. Travelers can be found at the Department of State Website here. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trip will apply.

Each traveler, including each child, who is attending the trip with you is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. You must book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip. If you fail to book and pay for any travelers who arrive to stay with you on the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, which may be higher than the trip price,  for each person at the time of your check-in. If you are unable to pay for additional travelers at the time of check-in, your entire party may be denied entry onto the hotel property or onto the trip entirely.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
